A GLIMPSE OF THE GLEBE
The Glebe is a haven for foodies, art collectors, music fans and outdoor sport enthusiasts.
The Glebe District is bordered by the Rideau Canal to the south and the east, Bronson Avenue to the west, and Queensway (Hwy 417) to the north. It is minutes from Little Italy, the Ottawa Civic Hospital, and Dow’s Lake. The neighbourhood is quaint and charming. It has a vibrant community-feel with its lush parks, gracious Victorian-style homes, Farmers’ Market and lively year-round outdoor celebrations. Hip eateries, bistros, pubs, wine bars, bakeries and funky shops line its pleasant streets, and there is a plethora of five-star restaurants and high-end boutiques on Bank Street, all steps from one another.
