It is conveniently located at the corner of Bronson Avenue and Carling Avenue in The Glebe, THE place to live in Ottawa, and one of the city’s most iconic neighbourhoods. Envisioned as an “all-inclusive” hotel-style concept, The Clemow is a residential oasis in complete harmony with its surroundings. Designed by RLA, the 16-storey elegant residential tower rises from a three-storey mixed-use podium. Its interplay of glass façade, bringing lightness and a maximum inflow of natural light, and its extensive visual connections to greenery with three spacious common use terraces, generate a deep feeling of well-being in both outdoor and indoor settings. GYM
We have a gym with modern and easy-to-use equipment, so that everyone, no matter their fitness level, feels comfortable and gets a good workout. There are also free weights and cardio and multi-purpose machines.
FITNESS ROOM
There is also an adjacent Fitness Room where we will be hosting a variety of group classes from Yoga to Pilates, some free of charge for Clemow tenants. When not in use, this space is available to you for stretching or a workout.
KIDS’ AREAS
We even thought of the little ones in your life. We created a Kids Space so grandkids visiting can have their own place to run and play freely. Kids are also welcome to use all our amenities, including our indoor pool. And as we are a rental community, there are no restrictions for sleepovers either!
PETS’ AREAS
Your furry friends also have their special place at the Clemow, with an outdoor dog walk area on the rooftop terrace and a Pet Station to help you keep them clean and feeling great! They can also socialize at the dog park in Lansdowne Park or go for scenic walks at Dow’s Lake and the Rideau Canal.
POOL-SPA AREA
Our “spa-like area” has a salt water heated pool, bathed in natural light and steam and sauna facilities set in a zen décor that invites relaxation. Large comfortable changing rooms have lockers, showers and the usual amenities.
VIRTUAL GOLF
With our indoor golf simulator, you can practice your swing all year long, from the comfort of your home. But it’s even more fun with friends, so invite them to join you for a group tournament at the Clemow!
CINEMA
Our movie heater is fully equipped, with comfortable seats and a popcorn machine, so our cinephiles can truly enjoy their favorite movies, the latest blockbuster hits, sporting events and live concerts.
ACTIVITY ROOM
Our Activity Room comprises a cozy fireplace lounge area, a TV area, a library corner, a billiard table and a well-equipped kitchen counter if you want to host private events.

BREATHTAKING VIEWS
Outdoor Terraces
The clemow combines the very best of outdoor living in a downtown setting. In spring and summer, you’ll enjoy our terraces on the 4th and 17th floors, with a bbq area for organized events and your own gatherings! The terraces also feature lounge areas with a firepit, a community garden, bocce ball and shuffleboard courts.
Our terrace on the 4th floor wraps around three façades of the building and has a BBQ area (with a big dining table and chairs) that can be rented to host family gatherings. It’s also the ideal spot to sit by the firepits at sunset, with a glass of wine.
Our spacious rooftop terrace on the 17th floor features a games area for shuffle board or bocce ball, a firepit with comfortable lounge furniture to enjoy the amazing views, and a community garden.
