The Clemow provides a full range of services on-site, including a Lifestyle Concierge to organize events and assist residents. Tenants will have access to incredible amenities such as an indoor salt-water pool, modern gym, lounge and party room, outdoor terraces, community garden, Kids Space, pet-friendly amenities, shuttle services, plus various recreational and social activities.

The Clemow must approve any changes or modifications you wish to make to your rental unit before they are made. Please check out our Tenant Guide for more information.

No, you cannot sublet your rental unit or assign your lease without written permission from Clemow. The Clemow must approve any subletting or assignment of a lease rental unit before it can occur.

Most utilities, such as water, WIFI in common areas and central air conditioning, are included in the monthly rent. However, residents are responsible for their electricity and WIFI.

Yes, we offer indoor parking for an additional monthly fee. Lockers and bicycle storage are also available.

Clemow is pet-friendly, with much-appreciated amenities like a Pet Station and a designated outdoor dog walk area on the rooftop terrace.

The Clemow is specifically designed for adults 50+ looking for an independent, active lifestyle with amenities, services and conveniences that meet their needs.

We invite you to fill out the Contact Form in the Contact Section of our website to apply. Our Leasing Advisor will send you a link for the application and credit check. Once the credit check is cleared, our Leasing Advisor will send you the necessary documents to review, sign and return to us. The last step to reserving the unit is the security deposit.

Yes, we require a security deposit. The security deposit consists of the first month’s rent, including the key and fob deposit. The key and fob deposit are refundable at the end of your lease term, subject to the condition of your unit.

Units offer modern open-concept floor plans, floor-to-ceiling windows, quartz countertops and include:

  • Stainless steel appliances.
  • Front-load washer and dryer.
  • Centralized cooling and heating with individual room control.

Studio units are fully furnished.

The building is expected to be ready for move-in in Fall 2024.

The price range for our apartments varies depending on the size and layout of the unit. Our Studios start from $1,751 per month, 1-bedroom units from $1,884 per month, 1-bedroom + DEN units from $3,577, and 2-bedroom units from $3,608 per month. Yes, of course, children can visit residents of the Clemow. We have a designed Kids Space just for them.

The Clemow offers a variety of group classes, including Yoga, some of which are free of charge for tenants.

The Clemow has a Hobby Room where residents can enjoy activities like crafting, sewing, and knitting.

We designed a community garden on the spacious rooftop terrace, with all the benefits of gardening in raised beds. There will be many cozy places to sit nearby and relax.
